  8. Prepare 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  9. Take 2 tsp Vinegar
  10. Take 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  11. Make ready 1 pinch white Pepper powder
  12. Make ready 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  13. Make ready to taste Salt
  14. Take For Banana Kebabs
  15. Take 1 raw Banana, peeled & mashed
  16. Get 1 Potato , boiled, peeled & mashed
  17. Get 1 tsp Ginger grated
  18. Take 1 Green chilies chopped
  19. Get 1 Onion finely chopped
  20. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  21. Get to taste Salt
  22. Take 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
  23. Prepare as needed Oil to deep fry
  24. Get For Orange Ponzu
  25. Get 1-2 Orange (or Orange Juice 1 cup)
  26. Prepare 2 tbsp Orange Zest
  27. Prepare 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  28. Prepare 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon juice
  29. Take 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  30. Prepare 1 tsp Garlic
  31. Take 1 tsp Ginger
  32. Take 1/4 tsp Red Pepper (Optional)
  33. Make ready 1 tbsp Water
Instructions to make Spaghetti with Banana Kebabs and Tangy Orange Ponzu:
  1. Heat 4 cups of water in a big vessel and add spaghetti. - Boil the spaghetti until 3/4 cooked, drain and keep aside. Spaghetti should be just enough to retain a somewhat firm texture.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick wok; add green chillies along with chopped garlic. Saute for a few seconds on high flame. - Add chopped vegetables and toss quickly. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  3. Season the veggies with a pinch of white pepper powder and toss immediately to blend the flavor. - Saute the veggies by constantly stirring, without burning, and allow them to turn little crunchy.
  4. Add boiled spaghetti and toss on a high flame for a few seconds. - Mix soy sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup. - Garnish the spaghetti with few spring onion greens and serve piping hot.
  5. FOR BANANA KEBAB:::::—– - In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients, including the ground spice powder (except oil). Knead into dough. Make equal size portions of it and give it an oval shape. - Heat oil in a pan and fry them few at a time till golden in colour. Drain on a tissue paper.
  6. For Ponzu:::::— - Take all the ingredients in a mixer jar and blend them into a puree.
  7. Assembling the dish:::—Spread a layer of spaghetti in a clean dish. add a layer of Ponzu then place kebabs on it.
  8. Give it a final touch by spreading onzu over it and garnish with Mint or coriander leaves..
  9. My Tip: - - do not over cook kebabs and you can sweeten the ponzu as per your taste…
