PANCIT BATO NG BICOL refers to the the municipality of Bato in Camarines Sur, where a certain kind of dry noodles used for the "pancit" is used. Pancit Bato is a type of Filipino noodle dish prepared similarly to pancit canton but the main ingredients are fresh shrimps and pechay cooked together with a type of noodles. Although it is called "pancit bato" which if you will translate it literally it will be "stone or rock noodles" but it is not the case. Before I knew this kind of pancit, I already heard about.

  1. Saute garlic and onion followed by the veges.Add a little water and simmer until veges half done.Then remove..Add in noodle and let it absorb the sauce season with soy and black pepper.Cook it until sauce are absorbed then add in the veges.Mix and remove
