Hello everybody, it’s Drew, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, mini machurian dosa. One of my favorites. For mine, I am going to make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Mini Idli Manchurian is a quick, easy and healthy recipe that can be served as party starters, tea time snacks or even packed for kid's lunch box. Idlis are made from fermented rice and lentil batter. They are marinated with spices and is pan fried to make it lightly crisp. They are then tossed along with sauted vegetables.

Mini Machurian Dosa is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. Mini Machurian Dosa is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have mini machurian dosa using 30 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Mini Machurian Dosa:
  1. Prepare Mini dry Manchurian
  2. Take 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
  3. Make ready 2/3 cup finely shredded carrot
  4. Prepare 1 tsp minced garlic
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  6. Prepare 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Take 2 tbsp all-purpose flour / maida (add more if require)
  9. Prepare 2/3 tbsp corn flour
  10. Get 1/2 finely chopped green chilli
  11. Get Dosa
  12. Get 1 ltr dosa batter
  13. Take Salt
  14. Get Water to adjust batter consistency
  15. Prepare Ghee
  16. Take Machurian gravy (less in qty as we need it to be dry)
  17. Prepare 3-4 Chopped scallion whites & green separate
  18. Get 1 small Finely chopped onion
  19. Get 1 green chilli slit cut
  20. Take 1.5 tsp chopped / minced garlic
  21. Make ready 1 tsp chopped/ minced ginger
  22. Get 1.5 tsp dark soy sauce
  23. Get 1.5 tsp vinegar
  24. Make ready 1 tbsp ching’s red chilli sauce
  25. Take 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  26. Prepare Salt for taste
  27. Take 1/2 tbsp ching’s green chilli sauce and
  28. Get 1 tbsp oil
  29. Take Water if required
  30. Prepare 1 tsp black pepper powder

Egg Manchurian is an Indian Chinese dish popular in India. Egg Manchurian is the result of the adaptation of Chinese cooking and seasoning techniques to suit Indian tastes. This recipe basically includes sauteeing onions, green chillies, garlic & spring onions in various Chinese sauce & vinegar. Hard boiled egg is tossed in the end.

Instructions to make Mini Machurian Dosa:
  1. Begin with preparing machurian. Take a fry pan and start heating up oil once all ingredients are ready. Take a bowl add all veggies, black pepper, salt. Add all-purpose flour & corn flour. Bind it and form small balls. Deep fry at medium to high flame until golden brown
  2. For gravy take a pan and heat oil. Work on medium to high heat. Add ginger garlic scallion white finely chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 mins. Add 1/2 of scallion greens, all the sauces & dash of water. saute for 2 more minutes. Add black pepper and salt (if required).
  3. Add fried Manchurian balls and stir. Garnish with leftover scallion greens. Set aside to use as filling in dosa.
  4. Heat dosa skillet. Spread dosa batter in round shape and apply ghee. Spread Manchurian filling and roll the dosa. Serve it hit just like that or with coconut chutney. I promise you won’t need chutney or sambhar😉
  5. Enjoy the dosa and thank me later guys!! It was a big hit at my home. 😄🤤👍🏽

This recipe basically includes sauteeing onions, green chillies, garlic & spring onions in various Chinese sauce & vinegar. Hard boiled egg is tossed in the end. Mini idli sambar, the perfect bite size small idlis dipped into the hot vegetable sambar is the perfect combo to serve in the breakfast or lunch. Mini idli is the smaller version of soft and spongy round shaped steamed regular rice idli, also known as button idli and cocktail idli. The taste and procedure to make this snack are exactly the same.
